Provide quality healthcare to the underserved populations through telemedicine centres where trained paramedics assist patients in real-time online consultations with qualified doctors using an integrated technology platform.

Community Outreach and Awareness
Conduct community meetings and door to door campaigns to increase the general awareness of the community around the centres towards accessing formal healthcare, early diagnosis of diseases such as malnutrition in child/women, preventive healthcare and hygiene.

Project Anmol
Project Anmol is a collaborative initiative between Ray of Hope International Foundation and Karma Healthcare Trust, aimed at improving healthcare access in rural Udaipur district, Rajasthan. As part of this collaboration, the Lasadiya Telemedicine Centre has been set up to provide accessible, high-quality primary healthcare to the local community. Through this initiative, patients in remote areas can connect with qualified doctors via real-time digital consultations, facilitated by trained nurses. The centre ensures comprehensive healthcare services, including medical consultations, diagnostics, prescriptions, and follow-up care, bridging the gap in healthcare accessibility for underserved populations.

Sparsh Sanjeevani Telemedicine and Preventive Healthcare Services Project
Hyundai Motor India Foundation and Karma Healthcare Trust have partnered to establish 52 Telemedicine Centers across 10 states, serving over 1.5 million people in rural India. Through technology-enabled consultations, these centers provide access to qualified doctors, meeting both routine and specialized health needs while reducing travel burdens and geographical barriers. This initiative is transforming healthcare accessibility, ensuring quality medical care is within reach for individuals with previously limited options. The partnership demonstrates a shared commitment to advancing public health and uplifting communities through sustainable, scalable healthcare solutions.

E-doctor Telemedicine Project-Swiss Re
Swiss Re Foundation and Karma Healthcare Trust have launched four new paramedic-assisted telemedicine centers in Gujarat (Kandari), Madhya Pradesh (Adegaon, Bhoma), and Rajasthan (Mundawara), bringing essential healthcare closer to communities with previously limited options. This collaboration provides quality consultations and timely treatments helping bridge healthcare gaps and reduce travel burdens. By offering vital medical care close to home, this initiative underscores a shared commitment to community health and long-term wellness through accessible, high-quality healthcare solutions.

E-doctor Telemedicine Project-Ujjivan
Ujjivan Small Finance Bank and Karma Healthcare Trust have collaborated to establish two paramedic-assisted telemedicine centers in Silawad and Pati in Madhya Pradesh's Barwani district. These centers are designed to address the pressing healthcare challenges faced by rusal communities with limited access to quality medical services. By overcoming geographical barriers, inadequate infrastructure, and the scarcity of specialized healthcare professionals, this initiative aims to bring essential medical care within reach, fostering improved health outcomes for underserved populations.

The collaboration between Innovators in Health (IIH) and Karma Healthcare Trust led to the establishment of one paramedic-assisted telemedicine centres in Gadh Boriyad in Gujarat. Through this project, we aim to provide affordable and quality primary healthcare in underserved areas using a paramedic-assisted digital model for tele-consultation from qualified Doctors.

Tanuja Raundhal | 17-year-old | Pait, Maharashtra | Acne Vulgaris
Tanuja Raundhal, a 17-year-old had been struggling with a severe acne problem for the last four years. Initially, the acne started as a mild condition which escalated into constant breakouts that left Tanuja feeling self-conscious, and despite trying various treatments, nothing seemed to offer long term relief. In search of a solution, Tanuja visited the Sparsh Sanjeevani Telemedicine Centre in Pait and started treatment under the care of Dr. Vaishnavi. The treatment plan included a combination of topical treatments and medications aimed at addressing the root causes of Tanuja’s acne. Tanuja diligently followed the prescribed treatment regimen and began to notice improvement in her condition. With continued treatment, the breakouts reduced and Tanuja’s skin regained its natural clarity.

Arif Khan, a 43-year-old resident of Mohgaon village, had been suffering from severe ringworm and itching for the last two years. He sought treatment in Mandla and Jabalpur, which involved substantial time and financial burdens. Over these two years, Arif spent over ₹50,000 on treatments, yet his symptoms persisted. Arif’s search for a solution ended when he learned about the Sparsh Sanjeevani Telemedicine Center in Mohgaon. He began receiving treatment from Dr. Vaishnavi, who tailored a plan to address his long-standing condition. Since starting his treatment at the telemedicine center, Arif has experienced 80% relief from his symptoms. His health has significantly improved, allowing him to lead a more comfortable life. The telemedicine center’s proximity has also helped him save both time and money, eliminating the need for expensive travel to other cities.
Kailash Chand | 66 years | Sahiya Centre, Uttarakhand | Prostate Urine Infection and Collar Bone Pain
Kailash Chand, a 68-year-old resident of Sahiya village in Uttarakhand, had been grappling with prostate urine infection and collar bone pain for the last three to four years. Despite consulting several doctors in Dehradun and Meerut, Kailash’s relief was only temporary, and expensive in nature. The high cost of treatment led Kailash to financial hardship, draining his savings and causing him to spend a considerable amount of time and money on rent while travelling for his treatment. However, Kailash saw a glimmer of hope when one of the neighbours informed him about the Sparsh Sanjeevani Telemedicine Centre.
